This means that there is now a fair and independent avenue for dealing with Telecommunications complaints. For more information about this organisation see www.tdr.org.nz

 

Making a Complaint

We all about being fair with our customers. If you have any concerns at all, we encourage you to contact us on 0800 GET NOW as soon as possible so we can resolve any issues in good time.

Alternatively you can make your concern heard by lodging a formal complaint - here are a few ways you can do this:

Escalation

The TDR will require you to make a formal complaint to us first. If the issue is not resolved with us within 6 weeks then the TDR process is available to assist you. We suggest you see the TDR website for more information on the complaints process www.tdr.org.nz.
