About our direct debits

All direct debits will be actioned on the 20th of the month (or the next working day). The amount transacted is calculated as the outstanding balance on your Now account two business days prior to the 20th of the month. Direct debits need to be set up at least 5 business days prior to the 20th of the month to be actioned in the same month.

Do you already have a direct debit setup with Now? Once setup, we'll email you a confirmation. Please let us know if the details are incorrect.
New Zealand banks only. Please contact us if you don't have a NZ bank account.

Authorisation confirmation

I authorise my bank to accept direct debits from Now New Zealand Ltd with authorisation code 1229648, and that I'm able to operate this account for this purpose. I understand that my bank's terms and conditions apply to this authority too.
