If you'd like to move the fibre box (Optical Network Terminal or ONT) that was installed in your home when fibre was connected, get in touch.
We'll contact the local fibre company on your behalf and get them onsite to check it out. Depending on the work required, there may be a charge for this. We won't mark up these costs, and you'll most likely pay these to the service company directly.
