We can remotely configure your routers settings for you. If you'd prefer to manage the Now router yourself, let us know and we can enable access for you.
Used your own router with Now?
Unfortunately, we will not have access to your router, so we would be unable to complete this for you. (We would if we could!)
Changing channel / frequency is usually completed by accessing the router's administrative settings and locating the Wi-Fi / wireless options. We can help with this too.
