- Pay the overdue amount on your account immediately via debit/credit card or bank transfer using MyNow.
- Take a screenshot of the payment confirmation.
- Email the screenshot to accounts@nownz.co.nz
Please note:
- If you have made a payment within the last 48 hours, please send us proof of payment to the email address above (receipt or bank account screenshot)
- If you pay outside of our support hours, reconnection may not be able to be processed until banking begins the next day.
- Direct debits are not an immediate payment so any overdue amounts remaining need to be paid by the above method for quick reconnection.
If you have a monthly direct debit or monthly card payment method set up with Now, please organise a separate payment for your overdue balance so that your next payment can go out on time. Once your account is current, set up a monthly direct debit to ensure your full bill amount is paid every month.
